Chadix is an AI-powered SEO platform that helps agencies and businesses streamline content creation, keyword research, and SERP tracking. I was brought in to redesign the dashboard UI and improve a few key user flows that were causing friction and slowing people down.

Problem and Challenges
The dashboard looked plain and felt clunky to use. One major issue was that creating and managing projects had to be done through the sidebar, which meant switching tabs and waiting for changes to reflect—this made the experience feel slow and disconnected.
Process
With a tight timeline, I prioritized high-impact UX and UI improvements over formal discovery.

Design Solutions & Outcome
❋ Moved project actions (create/edit/delete) to a dedicated Projects Dashboard
❋ Added a project selector across all tabs so users can switch projects without jumping around
❋ Enhanced overall UI with improved structure, spacing, and visual hierarchy
These updates made the interface cleaner and more intuitive. The client praised the smoother experience and more polished presentation.
